Refund and Exchange Policy
Please note that all sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Customer service is our top priority, therefore please choose wisely before purchasing a product. If you have difficulty selecting a product, refer to our Beginner's Guide to Vaping or contact at .
If an item is not working properly, please refer to our FAQ page before assuming that the product is faulty. Sometimes the reason why your item is not functioning properly may be due to a maintenance issue, and not a defect.
An industry-standard, 14-Day warranty is provided for all products that have a manufacturing defect. The warranty begins upon receiving the item, and NOT when the item was put to use; that’s why it is very important to test your product upon arrival and contact us right away. If your product is defective, you must contact as within 14 days of receiving the item. We will email you a return authorization number (RMA) with instructions on how to return the item back to us. Once we receive the defective item, we will ship the replacement. The return label for the faulty item should be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your return authorization number. We will replace defective items only with working items of the same model. Please note: Customer pays for shipping costs when mailing a defective product back to us, and we pay for the replacement item’s shipping costs when mailing it back to the customer. The following items carry a 30-Day manufacturer’s warranty: All 18350, 1860 and 14500 batteries, all Ego Series batteries, all 18650 Mods, and all chargers. These products must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the item. The return procedure is the same as the 14-Day Warranty, please see above.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) and Wrong Item Claims
HV atomizers, Cartomizers and Clearance items (with the exception of e-liquids) are ONLY covered by our DOA policy. You must report all DOA and “wrong item” claims within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery. Please contact our customer service team by email us at , describing the issue and your order number (found on your receipt).
